Beef StroganoffI am always on the lookout for a delicious (and easy!) slow cooker recipe that makes my whole family smile.  This week I hit the jackpot with Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff.  I searched online for a recipe, and I found several with just 3 or 4 ingredients.  They seemed easy enough, but I questioned how good they would taste without garlic…and onion!  So I created my own Beef Stroganoff recipe, and it was delicious if I do say so myself.  If you try it be sure to leave me a comment below and let me know what you think!
