I love making warm cheese dips to take to parties because they always seem to be a hit.  My latest warm cheese dip creation involves basil and sun dried tomatoes, so how can it NOT be delicious?!?!
This sun dried tomato and basil cheese dip is so rich, creamy, flavorful, and best of all, EASY to make!  Especially if you have a food processor.  If you don’t, you can mix by hand…it will still be delicious!
I always serve this dip with pita chips, either homemade or store bought but it would also be really good with cut up veggies.
