Chicago :: Museum of Science and Industry

Chicago Vacation :: For Spring Break 2014 we took the kids to Chicago for three nights and four days.  We crammed as much fun as we could into those four days and had adventures all over the Windy City.  I’m going to share our adventures with you in a series of installments so you can see pictures from our excursions and maybe find some inspiration for planning your own trip to Chicago! Museum of Science and Industry: Our last stop on our way home from Chicago was the Museum of Science & Industry, where we took part in science experiments, explored trains, plains & rockets, and we even saw the device that ET used to call home!  It was such a cool place to explore, and it’s HUGE!  We definitely didn’t plan for enough time at the Museum of Science and Industry because we didn’t get to every exhibit.  We had to save some of it for our next trip.  We did however, happen to be there for the “Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives” exhibit, which is there until August 3, 2014.  We had to pay a bit extra to see this exhibit, but it was worth every penny.  … Continue reading Chicago :: Museum of Science and Industry
