On Sunday Ella and I went to see a holiday classic, the Nutcracker presented by Frisch’s and performed by the Cincinnati Ballet at the Aronoff Center.  The Nutcracker is a Cincinnati Holiday tradition!  We don’t make it to the show every single year, but when we do have the opportunity to go it’s a magical holiday experience.  The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra played Tchaikovsky’s  notes to perfection and the dancing was flawless.  We’ve been to the Nutcracker before as I said, but I feel like I see it differently every single time.  It’s the perfect holiday outing for families or for a couple looking for a traditional holiday event for a date.  Show up a few minutes early to take pictures with the ballerinas wandering through the lobby and to grab a drink or snack from the concessions.  You can also purchase your own Nutcracker to take home with you!  Visit the Cincinnati Ballet website for more details on tickets prices and availability.  There are still a few more shows left, but tickets are going fast, so get yours now!
