This blog post doesn’t need a long wordy introduction. All you need to know is that my Aunt Patti makes the best homemade Honey Mustard Dressing, and that she gave me the recipe to share with you. This Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing recipe is delicious, and not just perfect for salads, but for dipping veggies or as a condiment for a sandwich. Enjoy!
Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe:
3 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbs. Honey
Heat in small saucepan over low heat, stirring until honey dissolves. After it cools…..whisk in:
6 Tbs. Mayonaise
1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs. Minced Onion
1.5 Tbs. Parsley
Pinch of Salt
Then slowly add 3/4 cup vegetable oil.
This can be refrigerated for about three days (or more!). Serve at Room Temperature.
