Easy Cream Cheese Coffee Cake Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 1 Egg, (yolk and white separated)
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese, softened (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° Lightly grease a glass casserole dish and lay one of the cans of refrigerated Crescent Rolls into the bottom and press down and pinch seams together. Mix egg yolk, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended and then spread evenly over the Crescent Roll base. Spread the second container of Crescent Rolls over the cream cheese as evenly as possible and pinch seams together. Whisk egg white and brush over rolls. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top and then bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and then enjoy!
