Spaghetti Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • 3 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ cups diced Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, pressed
  • 28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
  • 28 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 28 oz. can Tomato Sauce
  • 3 cans Tomato Paste (6 oz)
  • ½ cup chopped Fresh Parsley
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 3 tsp. Sugar
  • 3 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Basil
  • 1 ½ tsp. Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large pot heat oil and cook onion & garlic until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add meatballs to sauce; cover & simmer 15 minutes.
