How to Make Truffle Fries

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of frozen french fries
  • Truffle Oil (1-2 Tbs)
  • Truffle Salt (1/8 tsp.)
  • Kosher Salt (1 tsp)
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (a few Tablespoons)
  • Shredded Parmesan (about ¼ - ½ cup depending on how much you'd like)
Instructions
  1. Step One: Preheat oven according to directions for french fries.
  2. Step Two: Sprinkle just a little bit of Truffle Oil on a cookie sheet and use a brush or paper towel to spread the oil evenly all over the pan. Spread french fries on pan.
  3. Step Three: Cook french fries according to directions on package. Each time I took the fries out to stir them I used a brush to dab a little more truffle oil on top of them. You don't want the fries dripping in the oil, just dab it here and there and then stir them around.
  4. Step Four: Mix ⅛ teaspoon of Truffle Salt with 1 tsp. Kosher Salt (truffle salt is very strong, you don't need a lot of it at all).
  5. Step Five: When the fries are finished cooking remove them from the oven and sprinkle salt & parsley over them and stir to make sure the fries are evenly coated with salt & parsley.
  6. Step Six: Put fries on an oven safe plate and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Put the plate back in the oven for just a few minutes until the cheese starts to melt a bit.
  7. Step Seven: ENJOY!
