Shredded Parmesan (about ¼ - ½ cup depending on how much you'd like)
Instructions
Step One: Preheat oven according to directions for french fries.
Step Two: Sprinkle just a little bit of Truffle Oil on a cookie sheet and use a brush or paper towel to spread the oil evenly all over the pan. Spread french fries on pan.
Step Three: Cook french fries according to directions on package. Each time I took the fries out to stir them I used a brush to dab a little more truffle oil on top of them. You don't want the fries dripping in the oil, just dab it here and there and then stir them around.
Step Four: Mix ⅛ teaspoon of Truffle Salt with 1 tsp. Kosher Salt (truffle salt is very strong, you don't need a lot of it at all).
Step Five: When the fries are finished cooking remove them from the oven and sprinkle salt & parsley over them and stir to make sure the fries are evenly coated with salt & parsley.
Step Six: Put fries on an oven safe plate and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Put the plate back in the oven for just a few minutes until the cheese starts to melt a bit.
Step Seven: ENJOY!
