Pesto
- 3 cups packed fresh Basil leaves
- 3 Tbs. minced Garlic
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup toasted Pine Nuts
- ¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 squirt Lemon Juice
- Blend until smooth in food processor.
