Tis the Season for Pumpkin Muffins
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1⅓ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups Flour
- ½ tsp. Baking powder
- ½ tsp. Soda
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Nutmeg
- ½ tsp. Cloves
- Heat oven to 350°. Mix ingredients and pour into paper-lined muffin tin. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
