Tis the Season for Pumpkin Muffins
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Soda
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. Cloves
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350°. Mix ingredients and pour into paper-lined muffin tin. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
