Henry and I went to the UnMuseum at the Contemporary Arts Center downtown today for Thursday Art Play for preschoolers. We had a marvelous (and messy) morning! He loved doing some truly creative projects geared for little ones, and then he explored every inch of the UnMuseum. I see this being a regular happening for me and my littlest, and I highly encourage all other parents of preschool aged children to check it out!
Thursday Art Play at the UnMuseum:
Thursday Art Play happens every Thursday at 10:30am at the UnMuseum at the Contemporary Arts Center. The program is geared towards munchkins ages 3-5 years old. There is a different theme each week with unique & creative hands on activities for the kids to enjoy. Visit the UnMuseum website for more information. If you can’t make it to Art Play on Thurdays the UnMuseum also has Family Saturdays from 1-4pm on the last Saturday of the month, which is always a fun time for the entire family.
