7152012 126This is truly one of the easiest appetizers I’ve ever made…take some fresh mozzarella cut into small pieces, fresh basil leaves & cherry or grape tomatoes and put the combo on a toothpick.  Then put the tooth-picked goodness on a plate and drizzle balsamic vinegar lightly over the appetizers just before serving.  It’s perfect.  And always a crowd pleaser!  Thanks to my cousin Star for this great appetizer idea!
