It’s salsa season at the farm! This week’s share of produce contained almost everything I needed to whip up some tasty fresh salsa!
Fresh Salsa:
3 large tomatoes (cut into large pieces)
1/2 onion (cut into large pieces)
2 Tbs. minced garlic
2 jalapeno peppers (plus any banana peppers or poblanos you have on hand)
3 Tbs. fresh cilantro
2 Tbs. lime juice
a pinch of: oregano, pepper and kosher salt
Throw it all in the food processor and blend…then enjoy!
