A few weeks ago we went to Evans Orchard and came home with an abundance of apples. Usually I make apple pies, but I wanted to do something different this year, so I found this slow cooker applesauce recipe at A Year of Slow Cooking. It was so very easy to make, the house smelled amazing and it tasted delicious! I have been relying on the slow cooker more and more recently. It’s a huge help on busy days.
