Menu Plan Monday SummerI don’t know if you’ve noticed or not…but I have not posted our weekly menu here on the blog in ages.  Summertime fun has put a serious kink in my menu planning…I’ve slacked off, ignored the plan, filled in with pbjs & sometimes even dinner at the snack bar at the pool.  I’ve decided to fix this problem, so this week we will be sticking strictly to the plan I’ve made.  But as for last week, I don’t have a menu plan to share, but I do have some links to a few recipes that I made that were delicious.  For more menu plans check out Orgjunkie.com, it’s all the inspiration you will need for menu planning!

Sausage-Kale Breakfast Strata (I was trying to find a way to convince myself to like kale, and this recipe did it!  Delish!)
