Another week, another menu plan.  I’ve been doing pretty good at sticking to the plan and not throwing in the towel and taking everyone out to eat dinner at a restaurant.  I’ve worked hard to find the right meals for the right evenings.  Some days are just too busy for cooking, so they become slow cooker dinner nights.  We’ve also been taking advantages of leftovers as “easy” dinners.  Check out our menu below, and for more menu-planning inspiration see Org Junkie’s Menu Plan Monday post!
