This week we had some delicious Shrimp Scampi. This easy to prepare pasta dish was a hit with the whole family…I really loved introducing them to something new. Shrimp Scampi has a fancy flair but makes for great comfort food. Thanks to Food Network & Tyler Florence for the delicious recipe!
