For months I have fallen off the menu plan wagon, and our dinners have been haphazard at best. I’ve decided to straighten things out, get organized and start planning our menu each week again. What we Had for Dinner Last Week ::
Date Night :: We visited the New Riff Distillery and Ei8htball Brewery at the Party Source (more to come about that visit very soon…stay tuned!). Afterwards we picked up carry out from Kungfood Chu’s Amerasia on our way home.
Taco Tuesday :: Easy ground beef tacos (or taco salad if that’s your thing) and Cheese Quesadillas for the munchkins. Add some chips & guac and it’s a party!
Brinner :: I loaded my deep freeze this week by making a big ol’ breakfast dinner. Double batches of Pancakes, Whole Wheat Waffles and Mini Egg Fritattas (recipe coming soon!)
Taco Pizza :: One of my newest recipes on the blog, made with leftovers from Taco Tuesday. It was a hit!
Dinner at the Pool :: Grilled Tilapia, grilled corn and Ranier Cherries with French Fries from the snack shop
Chicken Fried Rice :: homemade at home!
Max’s Birthday Dinner :: At his request we had coneys at the pool to celebrate our firstborn son turning 9!
