We are getting ready for a family vacation and I’m putting together some snacks for us to munch on in the car during the long drive. While Trail Mix is always a staple on our trips, I’ve added a new snack to the mix this year, Ranch Crackers. My Auntie Annie introduced me to this outrageously delicious snack a few years back and we love them! I plan to put them in small containers or snack size bags for them to munch on in between meals while we are on the road. This Ranch Crackers recipe is super easy, and they aren’t just good for snacking in the car, but also perfect for parties too! What is your favorite homemade snack food? Comment below, because you know I’m always on the lookout for new recipes!
Ranch Crackers ::
One teaspoon Dill
1/4th teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4th teaspoon Lemon Pepper
One package of Ranch dressing in powder form
12 oz. Oyster crackers
Mix the dry ingredients into the oil and stir very well. Pour over the crackers bit by bit all while stirring gently to make sure each cracker gets the seasoning. Bake at 275° for 15 – 20 minutes, stirring gently after 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
