During a recent trip to Louisville we were looking for a brewery to stop by for a quick brew before meeting up with friends and we ended up at Apocalypse Brew Works. Louisville is booming with craft breweries much like our own hometown, which makes it fun to try to find new places to try new craft beers.
Apocalypse Brew Works is tiny but mighty. The inside does not have much room for a crowd, but they have a great outdoor space. We enjoyed their beer, and the cool end of days decor. I really loved their Pestilence Porter, and Michael enjoyed the RIP Rye. The apocalyptic names cracked me up.
Apocalypse Brew Works seems like a great neighborhood hangout that I would like to have closer to our house. If we head back to Louisville we would definitely visit them again! What’s your favorite place to find craft beer in Louisville?

Exploring Louisville: This past summer we had a couple of quick trips to Louisville that involved dining, music and craft brews. Both experiences left us wanting to explore more of Louisville, Kentucky! We loved our trips so much that I thought I’d share where we went and what we noshed on! This post is part of a series from our quick trips to LVille!
