Pizza night happens quite often around these parts.  We all love homemade pizza and I love experimenting with toppings on pizza night.  One of my personal favorites is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza because the flavors are just perfect.  This reheats well the next day for lunch – or eat it cold, that is just how good it is!

I feel like this pizza could use some experimenting this summer.  I may throw some new toppings on like bacon or peppers, just to mix things up.

Homemade Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped Cooked Chicken (cook as preferred – we like it grilled)

2 Tbs. Diced Onion

1-2 Tbs. Franks Red Hot

2 Tbs. Butter, melted

Pizza Crust

Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Sliced Banana Peppers

Ranch Dressing

Directions:

Cook chicken as you prefer it prepared.  Melt butter and mix with Franks Red Hot.

For pizza, heat stone in the oven at 450° while you prepare the crust.  Roll crust out to desired thickness.  You can use store-bought crust or pizza dough (see our favorite recipe linked below  – or buy store-bought).

Spread Butter/Red Hot Sauce over pizza dough.  Top with shredded mozzarella, diced onions, chicken and banana peppers.

Bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted, about 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven.  Drizzle Ranch Dressing over the pizza and then enjoy!
