Lately one of our go to restaurants for dinner is the City Goat in Covington. Their menu has something for everyone, so no matter what you are in the mood for you can find something delicious to dine on. They have salads, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, wings and also some amazing appetizers. Since they opened last year we have tried lots of things on the menu and not one thing has disappointed. I am especially smitten with their UnforGOETTAble Pizza.
Goetta and Egg on a Pizza?! So delicious! I also love their burger with Onion Straws added on. Their beer list is as impressive as their menu, with lots of great craft brews, many of which are local.
The service is great, everyone is super friendly. And there is a very laid back vibe to the place. You can hang out at the bar or sit at a table in the front room, or wander to the back of the building to the game room. In the game room you can watch the big TV’s, play giant Connect Four or mini Bowling.
The City Goat also has a fenced in patio where you can dine during warmer weather. This place is just a great hangout for date night, staff nights out, or meeting up with friends for a bite to eat.
