Here we are again…another Monday, another beginning of a busy week for our family. When I look at the extracurricular activities on our calendar I get positively dizzy. I need a game plan each week otherwise we’ll end up eating fast food every night. I’ve been pretty good about making dinner each night, and we’ve even tried some new recipes in the process. I get all kinds of inspiration from everyone who links their menu plans on OrgJunkie’s blog. Check it out!

Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala (we love it so much we had it two weeks in a row!)
