Here we are again. Another Monday, another Menu Plan. I’m quite proud of myself, as I stuck to the plan this week and we didn’t eat out once!!! Three cheers for me! We had some great dinners at home, and we’re finally getting into the swing of this school schedule.

Pan Fried Cod with Truffle Fries, Oven Fried Okra and Fresh Green Beans with Garlic (this dinner was the bomb)
Cincinnati Style “Three Ways” : Spaghetti, Chili & Cheese (family recipe, I’m forbidden from sharing, but check Google, you can find one!)
Slow Cooker Dilled Pot Roast with Wild Rice
Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala (a family favorite!)
Pool Dinner: Hot Dogs, Orange Slices and Grilled Corn (I LOVE grilled corn!)
