Fall is the perfect time for festivals, and one of the best festivals in our area (in my humble opinion) is the Old West Festival in Williamsburg, Ohio. Each year we’ve been lucky enough to receive tickets to this event as part of my promoting the festival. I love promoting this festival, as it’s one of our favorite fall happenings. My kids love donning their cowboy and cowgirl hats and spending the day in Dodge City. They ride horses, pan for gold, watch horse shows, eat walking tacos, take covered wagon rides, and much more. My favorite show of the day is the Pickled Brothers Circus…those folks are hilarious, and their antics entertain my whole family. I also love walking around clicking pictures while people watching. It’s a perfect place to people watch because of all the folks that are in “Old West” character walking around town, and then there’s all of the visitors who dress up for the day just because they love it. I’m going to share a few of my favorite pictures from our visit with you, in the hopes that it convinces you to take your family to this one-of-a-kind festival. We’re so lucky to have this in our region!
