Any time you talk about fried chicken in Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky someone is bound to mention The Eagle Food & Beer Hall in Over the Rhine. The Eagle’s fried chicken truly is something to talk about. It’s very tasty! But it’s not just about the chicken at the Eagle…their sides and snacks are pretty awesome too. I’ve also heard great things about their sandwiches, but I haven’t tried one yet. Take some friends or family with you when you go to the Eagle so you can share as many sides and snacks as possible – they have huge portions for their sides which make them perfect for sharing. The Eagle has quite an impressive lineup of cocktails and craft beers to offer. I could go on and on here using all sorts of adjectives to describe our dinner, but instead of boring you with my words I’ll show you some pictures to make you drool. Make plans to get to the Eagle soon if fried chicken is your thing!

There you have it in a nutshell…a delectable dinner at The Eagle. If you’ve been to the Eagle comment below to tell me what I need to try next time I go. If you haven’t been there yet I suggest you give it a try! Keep in mind that weekends get busy at the Eagle, so you might have a wait, we went during the week for dinner and did not have to wait at all. But if you do go and have to wait there’s plenty to do nearby…grab a pre-dinner drink at Krueger’s Tavern or head to Holtman’s Donut Shop and grab some sweets for breakfast the next day (or for dessert?).
