The 2016-2017 Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati season is opening with a beloved classic, Alice in Wonderland. Take your family on a trip down the rabbit hole at this delightful production. The Children’s Theatre performances are always child friendly and always a good time! They are short in length, so even the youngest theatre goers can enjoy the show. This is one of my favorite childhood tales, and I am super excited that they are bringing it to life on the stage downtown! I have ticket vouchers to give away to one lucky winner. Follow her adventure with all your favorite characters like the White Rabbit, Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum, the Mad Hatter, the Caterpillar, the mysterious Cheshire Cat and the Queen of Hearts. This is a world-premiere production that you most certainly cannot miss!
Book, Music and Lyrics are by Janet Yates Vogt and Mark Friedman who created the hit Rapunzel! Rapunzel! A Very Hairy Fairy Tale for The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati for the 2011-2012 season, as well as How I Became a Pirate which the company produced in 2010-2011, and The Magical Adventures of Merlin for The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati for the 2012-2013 season. The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati last produced a version of Alice in Wonderland for the 1992-1993 season. The new production will be based on both of Lewis Carroll’s classic books, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass.

I have vouchers to give away that can be redeemed for 4 tickets to see Alice in Wonderland at the Taft Theatre on Friday, October 21st at 7:30 pm. I will draw one random winner on Friday, October 14th at 10am. The winner will be emailed and have 24 hours to contact me via email or another name will be drawn. I will mail you the vouchers which you will need to take to the Taft Theater box office the day of the show (Box Office opens 60 minutes before) to trade for tickets. Subject to availability, limit to two guest passes per household (two guest pass vouchers = four tickets). Please be sure you are available on this date before entering the giveaway.
