I always find myself asking people for recipes when I go to a potluck, and my school’s Christmas lunch was no exception.  My friend brought Slow Cooker Meatballs and they were delicious, so of course I had to ask her for the recipe.  When I found out how easy they were to make I just knew they would become a regular menu item at parties I host or at my dinner table.  The meatballs are a little bit sweet, and are perfect for snacking on or for serving over a plate of noodles or rice.  And the recipe makes a large amount of meatballs, so I was even able to make one batch and serve them at two different parties over the holidays.

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs ~

Ingredients:

32 ounce jar Grape Jelly

2 x 12 ounce jars Tomato Chili Sauce (we used Heinz)

Cayenne Pepper (just a dash)

5 pound bag Frozen Meatballs

Directions:

I put the jelly, chili sauce and pepper in a pan over medium heat and stir it until the ingredients are well blended.  This takes about five minutes.  Put all of the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.  I give it a little stir to make sure the meatballs are completely covered and then cook on low for about four hours.

Serve to many, with toothpicks for easy eating!   These meatballs are also good over pasta or rice!

Enjoy!
