It’s Monday! Time to share what we’ve been eating at our house last week! I’m spending today clipping coupons, writing next week’s menu and perusing Pinterest for new recipe ideas. It’s all making me very hungry. Do you need menu planning inspiration? Steak & Herb Roasted Potatoes
Taco Night
Homemade Pizza & Salad
Chicken, Spinach & Orzo
And we had lots of salad this week with a Sweet Vinaigrette I made from a recipe on Vicky & Jen’s website (they have a ton of great recipes!)
Another thing we had this week was DONUTS!!! I’ve been wanting a donut maker ever since I ran across the recipe for Whole Grain Donuts on 100 Days of Real Food (I love that blog!). I bought myself one this weekend with some Christmas money and the kids were over the moon. You can find the donut maker I bought in our Amazon Shop.
We also went to one of my favorite restaurants this week with a dear friend, KungFood Chu’s Amerasia in Covington. You can read about this awesome eatery in this post I wrote for Family Friendly Cincinnati.
