Another Monday, another Menu Plan. I’m sharing what we ate last week, but I’ve been a slacker and I’m still trying to figure out what we are going to eat THIS week at home! Eek! I’m usually better prepared than this. I guess that today will have to be a “leftover” day or “eat whatever is in the pantry” day. I’ll have to get right to work on our menu for this week to plan some great meals for my family. I’ll use OrgJunkie’s Menu Plan Monday post and my Recipe Archives as inspiration, but feel free to leave your own recipes or menu plans for me in the comments below. Thanks!
What we Ate Last Week:
Tortellini & Garlic Marinara from Trader Joe’s
Dinner at Szechuan Gardens with Michael’s parents
Salad ~ Greens, sliced strawberries, goat cheese, almonds and strawberry dressing
Cincinnati Style Chili with Spaghetti & Cheese (family recipe, I’m sworn to secrecy but you could google your own recipe!)
Homemade Pizza & Salad for Game Night with the fam
Date Night ~ Dinner at Otto’s in Main Strasse and then to Rhinegeist Brewery to catch up with friends.
Picnic at Goebel Park ~ we picked up flat breads from Main Bite in the Main Strasse Village (YUM!)
Extras:
Ella made some Creamy Dill Dip with fresh Dill from our CSA served with veggies and chips for our family game night
