Sadly, Main Bite has closed it’s doors!
The older kids went back to school last week, and to celebrate a couple of friends and I met for lunch at Main Bite in the MainStrasse Village in Covington. I have to say that Main Bite has been on my list of restaurants to try since they opened, but for some reason I had never made it down there yet. And now, after eating there once I found myself wanting to go back again and again. In fact, just days after I dined there with friends I picked up a carry out order from Main Bite for a picnic in Goebel Park just down the street. Main Bite is in a great location as there’s so much to do in the MainStrasse Village, and there are often great events going on like festivals or free yoga. MSV is a hopping place to be!
We all left Main Bite full and happy. The food was divine, the service was fabulous, the setting was charming, and the company was perfect. I’ve officially added Main Bite to my list of favorite restaurants. Grab you friends or family and head down to Covington and give Main Bite a try! And if you are like me and cannot decide what to order when faced with many options then order several different dishes with your dining companions and share! We almost did this the day we went but we all were so full from our big lunch that nobody had room to try the other dishes. It’s a perfect restaurant to share bites! My pictures should give you an idea of how tantalizing our dishes were.
