There’s something truly special about going to the theater during the holiday season. Going to a show can be a very special holiday tradition, and Broadway in Cincinnati is helping make that special tradition happen by bringing Irving Berlin’s White Christmas to life at the Aronoff Center. I grew up loving old movies, and White Christmas is one of my favorites to watch around the holidays, so you can imagine how excited I was to be invited to this show! I invited my Grandma to come with me and we had a lovely girl’s night out with dinner at Nicholson’s Pub before the show.
The performers in this show were brilliant, and the costumes and sets dazzled. The dancing and singing was so lively that I found myself wanting to join in. We enjoyed the show so much that we laughed, and clapped and even sang along at times. Because tell me…who can hear the song “Sisters” and NOT sing along?? The cast really brought this show to life, and by the end it was as if the audience really was sitting in a barn in Vermont watching an epic winter wonderland production. White Christmas will be on stage at the Aronoff Center through December 6th..get your tickets soon and plan your own holiday theatre tradition!
