The Easter season is around the corner and I am already thinking about what we should take to all the parties we are going to. I decided to put together some of my favorite recipes and ended up with a list of 25 Easy Easter Party Recipes. I have ideas for everything from appetizers to side dishes to desserts to special adult beverages. I do not have any main dish recipes on the list because that is never my responsibility on Easter, I am all about the side dishes and appetizers! Now I just need to sift through all these ideas I put on the list to figure out exactly what I will be making this year.
I hope you find this list helpful while planning your own Easter celebrations. I would love to hear what your favorite dishes are to take to holiday parties, comment below to share your ideas and recipes!

Side Dish Recipes:

Mexican Fiesta Macaroni & Cheese ~ This mac has a little kick and is a crowd pleaser for sure!
Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower ~ For holiday parties I always tend to show up with not-so-healthy dishes, because it’s a party and a reason to let loose. If you want a healthier side, we love this steamed veggie dish!
Brunch:
Breakfast Egg Casserole ~ This is a hearty and flavorful egg casserole, and the secret is in the bread!
Cinnamon French Toast Casserole ~ Decadent and Delicious, it is a kid and adult favorite around here.
Cream Cheese Coffee Cake ~ My favorite breakfast pastry from the bakery is a Cheese Pocket Coffee Cake, and I have found a way to make them at home!
Hash Brown Casserole ~ It’s too hard to fry hash browns for a crowd, so I like to make a casserole instead.
Huevos Rancheros ~ This is one of our family’s favorite breakfast dishes, and it’s not really feasible to make for a large holiday gathering, but if you are just having the immediate fam over then it’s doable!
Mini Egg Frittatas ~ These are pretty easy to put together and your guests will think you spent all morning cooking!
Pull Apart Coffee Cake ~ I make this amazing concoction every Christmas and Easter to take to Michael’s family’s holiday parties, and there are NEVER leftovers.
Desserts & Adult Beverages:
Bourbon Slush ~ This slush is a hit, and you can make it days or even weeks in advance to have on hand.
Pudding Shots ~ So many flavors….so little time!
Snickers Pie ~ This recipe is a HUGE hit and it makes two pies, so you can take them to two different parties or save one for later!
There you have it, all of my favorite recipes that are in consideration for this year’s party. Now I just need to figure out what to make!
